Hi, I’m Julie!
I believe you deserve a space where all of you is welcome—and where what’s calling you forward can finally be heard.
I offer a space where healing and becoming can happen side by side. A space where we honor the parts of you that feel stuck, or overwhelmed and also the parts that are longing for joy, clarity, and expansion.
With over 20 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, I’ve walked alongside people through grief, burnout, body image struggles, ADHD, anxiety, parenting challenges, relationship stress, and the quiet pain of not feeling quite fulfilled. I’m especially passionate about working with those who are waking up to the sense that something more is possible but aren’t sure what that looks like yet.
My style is warm, intuitive, and real. I’m deeply present, and I know when to sit with you in something hard—and when to lovingly challenge the parts of you that are ready to shift. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, Brainspotting, and inner child work. I also integrate coaching tools that help you get clear on what you want and build a life that feels like yours.
I bring my whole self to this work—including my lived experience of recovering from an eating disorder, perfectionism, and codependency. I know what it’s like to live from striving and hypervigilance, and to slowly move into self-trust. That journey shapes how I hold space: with compassion, without judgment, and ultimately without any rush to be anywhere other than right here, which is how healing happens.
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about returning to yourself.
